financial help to participants

Funds will be available to help people with particular difficulties in coming to the Congress, though in a limited number of cases. This help is first and foremost intended to foreign students and researchers without position. It shall mainly consist of fee reduction or exemption, though free accommodation in a hall of residence may also be requested.

NB. Only participants who have proposed a contribution (individual paper or symposium participation or organization) are likely to benefit from this help.

Demands are to be sent before 31 January, 2011, to the following address: funding@clmps2011.org. They shall be accompanied by the following items:

• a letter of application justifying the demand with regard to the candidate's situation and precising whick kind of help is requested
• the abstract of the proposed contribution
• a letter of the PhD supervisor (for students)
• two letters of recommandation (for researchers without position)

Notifications will be sent not later than 31 March, 2011.
